Dov Berman is a highly skilled finance professional with a strong background in behavioral health finance. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NewVista Behavioral Health, where he plays a vital role in managing the organization’s financial operations and driving growth.

Dov earned his Master’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has worked in the healthcare finance industry for more than six years. His expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as analyzing and optimizing financial performance.

Dov also has been instrumental in launching the Behavioral Health Exchange (BHX) a behavioral health M&A firm. Leveraging his knowledge of behavioral health finance and his strategic thinking, Dov has guided BHX to successfully navigate the complex landscape of mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector.

Outside of work, Dov enjoys competing in BBQ contests and has a passion for grilling and smoking meats. He is always experimenting with new techniques and flavors to create mouth-watering dishes that impress his friends and family.
